Record QuickBooks Bills & Attachment (Without GST/VAT)

What It Does

• Extracts structured bill details from an uploaded bill file.
• Finds the matching QuickBooks vendor by company or display name.
• Creates a new vendor when no usable match exists.
• Lists QuickBooks expense accounts for bill coding.
• Checks for duplicate bills using bill date, amount, and vendor.
• Creates a QuickBooks bill with tax-excluded line items.
• Uploads the original bill file as an attachment to the bill.
