Shopify Customer Chat and Order Checker

A Knoon template for Shopify support, including a customer-facing chatbox, a support knowledge base, and an internal order checker workbox. It helps customers ask order and product questions while giving your team a separate workflow for human intervention and/or checking Shopify customer, order, fulfillment, and product data.

Import Instructions

1. Open Knoon and go to the template or bundle import area.
2. Import export.json from this folder.
3. Connect the required Shopify app permissions when prompted.
4. Review the imported agents, tools, knowledge base articles, and chatbox settings.
5. Test the customer chat and internal order checker with a real Shopify customer and order before publishing.
6. Copy the chatbox embed code from Knoon into your Shopify theme or website when ready.

Human Support

The internal support workspace gives your team a platform to review Shopify customer and order details. Human support staff can intervene, verify the agent response, handle exceptions, and take over when a customer needs manual help.

Notes

• The template requires Shopify access for live customer, order, fulfillment, and product data.
• Knowledge base articles are starter guidance and should be adjusted to match your store policies.
