Imports a scheduled workflow that reviews recent Facebook performance, drafts a new Facebook image post from the best-performing pattern, and publishes only after human approval.
After importing
- Open the imported project:
Facebook Workflow Automation. - Connect the Facebook analytics and publishing tool fields for the target Page.
- Review the daily trigger:
Daily Facebook Analytics Sync. - Run the work box manually once:
Facebook Analytics and Asset Generator. - Approve the generated asset and caption before publishing.
What it does
- Pulls Facebook post analytics from the past 30 days.
- Scores eligible posts using engagement, reach, and impression signals.
- Generates a new OpenAI GPT Image draft image and caption from the winning post pattern.
- Returns JSON with the rationale, caption, image URL, and source post URL.
- Sends the approved caption and asset to the Facebook publisher without allowing blank captions.
Notes
- The workflow is set to run daily at 01:00 UTC.
- Publishing approval is required.
- The caption should be reviewed exactly as it will be posted.
