startIndex	mustache	Document start index (inclusive) of the range to update. Uses Docs API document index (UTF-16 code units).	Yes

text	mustache	New text to insert at startIndex. If omitted or empty, the specified range will simply be deleted.	No

startIndex	number	The original start index used for the update.
oldEndIndex	number	The original end index used for the update.
newEndIndex	number	The new end index after inserting the replacement text (startIndex + inserted text length).
sensitive.documentId	string	ID of the document that was updated.
